Ray is a lifelong resident of Botetourt County and has extensive knowledge about the community through his background as a Realtor, farmer, community bank director, and active citizen. Ray grew up in the Apple business as his family owned an orchard on Country Club Road in Botetourt. From a very young age, he has sat on the Board of Directors at the Bank of Fincastle. He also served on the county School Board and has been involved in many local charities. Ray is an avid golfer and sports fan. With three children in the family, Ray and his wife Sandy recently welcomed their first grandchild, Hayden.

For years, Ray has been one of the top agents not only in Botetourt, but all of the Roanoke Valley. Having worked land, re-sales, as well as new construction, Ray's experience is second to none for any type of real estate transaction.

A native of Patrick County, Virginia, Vickie moved to the Roanoke Valley in 1982. Vickie joined Ray in the late 90's after having been in sales since 1977 and has not looked back since. She has one child, Anthony, who is in college. She also enjoys playing golf, jogging, working in her garden, and is very involved with her local church.

Known in the business as a deal maker, Vickie has had tremendous success working with both Buyers and Sellers and is noted for her ability to take care of her client's needs.

Jay Kilby joined the Sprinkle Team in the Summer of 2006. Fresh out of college, Jay brings a younger mindset to the group. Well versed in the latest technology, Jay stays works to ensure the most exposure possible for the team's clients in today's market. Jay and his two sisters all graduated from Lord Botetourt High School and went on to college. He witnessed first hand the growth of Botetourt County from the rural history through the explosion of the 2000's. He is active with the local chapter of the Red Cross and various other local organizations.

With Jay's knowledge of changing trends and technological abilities, it is no wonder Jay has been successful in his relatively short tenure.

Robin Rouse is the Full-Time Office Manager for the Sprinkle Team. Originally from Townson Maryland, she and her husband Chris moved to Roanoke in 1992 and joined The Sprinkle Team in 1992. They have one child at Lord Botetourt High School and another at George Mason University. A strong supporter of her children and the school system, Robin can be seen on the bleachers and in the hallways at many high school events. She volunteers every year for Relay for Life and The Arthritis Foundation's Jingle Bell Run.

Robin's organization and behind-the-scenes expertise is the lifeblood of the team. Knowing all the small details of a transaction are taken care of allows Ray, Vickie, and Jay to better represent clients and keeps the day to day operations running smoothly. With hundreds of transactions under her belt, there are not many situations that arise that Robin cannot handle.
